IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are in search of an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team in Funchal. As an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our company's clients and employees. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and hardware
- Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve technical issues
- Customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Valid work permit for Funchal or eligible to obtain one
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Responsibilities:
- Responding to support requests from clients and employees via phone, email or in person
- Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems and devices according to company policies
- Providing training and guidance on the use of various technology tools and platforms
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Keeping track of all support requests and documenting solutions for future reference
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all company information
