Concierge Coordinator
Our luxury hotel in El-Ain is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Concierge Coordinator to join our team. As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Assist with organizing events and activities for guests
- Handle any complaints or issues from guests in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalee, or Arabic (depending on the nationality preference)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Previous concierge experience preferred
Salary: 1000$ per month
