Concierge - English Speaking (Temporary)


We are in search of a friendly and customer-service oriented Concierge to join our team in El-Ain. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay by providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and restaurants
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spas, or other services
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, hours of operation, and policies
- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure the well-being of guests

Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1400$ per month for this temporary position.

Benefits:
This position includes free visa sponsorship and travel ticket to El-Ain. However, accommodation is not provided.
