Machine Learning Engineer


Our fast-growing tech startup is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models to improve our product performance and user experience. This is a full-time position with accommodation options available for out-of-town candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to support our product goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Conduct research and experiments to identify the most effective machine learning techniques for our specific use cases
- Optimize existing machine learning models for improved accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with latest trends and advancements in the field of machine learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with data cleaning techniques and feature engineering methods
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience working with large datasets
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Chelyabinsk. While we prefer candidates who are already located in the city or willing to relocate on their own terms, we will also consider providing assistance for obtaining a visa for highly qualified applicants.
