Junior IT Manager



As a Junior IT Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, organization, and management of our company's information technology systems. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and upgrading hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to our team members. You will also help develop and implement IT strategies to improve efficiency and security within the organization. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology. This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth within our company. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- No prior experience necessary but some knowledge of IT systems is a plus
