Architectural Designer
Location: Moscow, Russia


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Moscow. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of architectural design principles and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs for various projects, including residential, commercial, and public buildings
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and create innovative solutions
- Produce detailed drawings, models, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to create 2D/3D renderings and construction documents
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and sustainable design practices
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet technical specifications and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience working on projects from concept through construction
- Fluency in Russian is preferred but not required
