We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Washington. This position requires experience in welding and the ability to work with various materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding on various materials using different techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine appropriate welding methods
- Inspect and troubleshoot welds for defects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Must have own welding equipment and tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time

Preferred:
- Certification in welding from an accredited institution
- Experience working with specialized materials such as stainless steel or aluminum
- Familiarity with basic hand tools

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Washington
