Remote Moderator (English-speaking)


We are seeking a Remote Moderator who is fluent in English and has a biometric passport to join our team in Shan for a contract job. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indians and Malayalees.

As a Remote Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online communities and social media platforms to ensure that all content posted is in line with our company's policies and guidelines. You will review and moderate user-generated content, respond to inquiries and complaints, and escalate any issues as necessary.

This role does not require any previous experience, making it an excellent opportunity for beginners or those looking for their first job. However, we do require candidates to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
