Job Title: Moderator - Online Forum


We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Moderator to join our team in Shan, China. As an Online Forum Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our online community. Your main responsibility will be to oversee discussions and interactions on our forum, ensuring that all content posted adheres to our guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on the forum, including posts, comments, and private messages.
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to maintain a positive and respectful environment.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Engage with users by participating in discussions and providing helpful responses.
- Collaborate with other moderators to identify potential issues or trends within the community.
- Keep up-to-date with industry news, trends, and best practices for online community management.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience moderating an online forum or similar platform.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Familiarity with Chinese culture is preferred but not required.

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
