Job Title: Restaurant Manager



Our restaurant, located in the bustling city of Washington, is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and schedule staff members to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and ingredients as needed
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure proper staffing levels
- Oversee food preparation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
- Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to increase sales

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety regulations, and customer service standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, staff members, and suppliers
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and achieving financial targets
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Salary: $1500 per month
