Computer Support Specialist - Atlanta, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems
- Train clients on how to use new software or systems
- Document all technical support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Windows operating systems (7/8/10)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn
