Our company is hiring a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our network infrastructure and systems. This position requires strong communication skills, as you will be working closely with other IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our organization's networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Implement security measures to protect our network from cyber threats
- Conduct regular system backups to ensure data recovery in case of emergencies
- Collaborate with other IT professionals on projects related to network expansion or upgrades
- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and make recommendations for improvements or updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Strong understanding of security practices and protocols
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Las Vegas (open to Malayalees or foreigners willing to relocate)
