Milling Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Malindi. Our company specializes in manufacturing precision parts for various industries. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Select and load cutting tools into machine
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Measure finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular inspections
- Troubleshoot issues with the machine or production process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools
- Knowledge of G-code programming is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
Starting salary of $1400 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
Malindi, Kenya. Open to Indian nationals with valid work permits.
