Junior Back-End Developer

We are hiring a Junior Back-End Developer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications and ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Your primary focus will be on building and supporting the core infrastructure of our applications, as well as collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using best practices
- Design and implement data storage solutions
- Develop RESTful APIs for communication with front-end components
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues
- Ensure security and data protection in all aspects of development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of back-end development principles and best practices
- Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with web development frameworks like Node.js or Django
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Salary: 1500$ per month.

This is a full-time position without experience required. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. Candidates must have a biometric passport for work authorization.
