Junior Back-End Developer


We are hiring a Junior Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Faro, Portugal. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying complex systems and software applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers and project managers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Responsibilities:
- Design, code, and test software applications using various programming languages.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements into applications.
- Develop and maintain databases to support back-end applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug code to fix errors and improve performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language (e.g. Java, Python).
- Knowledge of database design and management (SQL or NoSQL).
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Faro, Portugal

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this position. However, experience with relevant internships or personal projects is a plus.

We cover the cost of airfare for international candidates to relocate to Faro for this position.
