Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the extent of repairs needed
- Repair or replace damaged body parts using various tools and techniques
- Straighten bent frames and panels using specialized equipment
- Fill dents and scratches with appropriate material for smooth finish
- Sand surfaces for painting and apply primer before painting
- Mix paint colors to match original vehicle color
- Ensure repairs are completed within given timeframes
- Test drive vehicles after repairs are completed to ensure proper functioning

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in body repair, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
