Junior Florist

We are a well-established flower shop in Vilnius and we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Florist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for flowers and creative flair to develop their skills and gain experience in the floral industry. This position is open to both Indian and foreign candidates, as long as they have a valid biometric passport.

As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Florist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, corporate events, and everyday orders. You will also help with maintaining the shop's inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- A genuine interest in flowers and design
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in the floral industry is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Senior Florist in creating floral arrangements
- Maintaining shop inventory and ordering supplies when needed
- Fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Keeping work area clean and organized
