We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Atlanta. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office complexes, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their project requirements and budget.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for commercial building projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all building codes.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is being built according to the approved plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design issues that may arise.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect.
- Excellent design skills with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
