As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing products for our company's retail stores. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability by ensuring that our stores are stocked with the best products at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying new trends and products that will appeal to our target market.
- Negotiating with suppliers to get the best deals and prices for our company.
- Creating purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Monitoring inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective pricing strategies.
- Analyzing sales data to identify top-selling products and recommend changes in product assortment.
- Visiting stores regularly to check on product displays and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Participating in product development meetings and providing valuable input based on market research.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical skills with a good understanding of market trends.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
