We are a well-established construction company based in Lisbon, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and be able to work independently on various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Prepare reports and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
