Body Repair Master for Automotive Repair Shop in Sharjah

We are a leading automotive repair shop in Sharjah seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of body repair for various types of vehicles. You will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies, including frames, panels, and other structural components. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing damage to vehicle bodies and determining the best course of action for repair
- Removing damaged parts and repairing or replacing them as needed
- Straightening frames and aligning structural components using specialized tools and techniques
- Welding, sanding, painting, and finishing repaired areas to match existing vehicle color and texture
- Inspecting completed repairs to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Body Repair Master in an automotive repair shop
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle body structures, materials, tools, and techniques
- Proficiency in welding, sanding, painting, and other body repair techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow repair instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Salary: 1200$ per month
