Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Split, Croatia. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish on industrial equipment and machinery. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and priming
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces
- Maintain paint equipment and tools in good condition
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application methods
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time

Preferred:
- Experience with industrial painting in the manufacturing or construction industry
- Certification in painting or related field
