Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage project resources to ensure successful delivery
- Analyze project requirements and develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and provide regular progress reports
- Identify potential risks and issues and develop contingency plans
- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication between team members
- Ensure projects adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
