Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their budget and timeline requirements. Your role will involve conducting site visits, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and obtaining necessary permits and approvals.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of commercial building codes and regulations, as well as experience with sustainable design practices. You should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with site visits and construction oversight
- Ability to work well in a team environment
