Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their specifications. You must have a strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction materials to ensure that all projects are completed safely and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop project plans
- Oversee construction progress to ensure that buildings are being constructed according to design specifications
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback or site constraints
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure they are being met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as a commercial architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and collaborating with other professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Location: This position is based in Lahore but we welcome applicants from any location.
Salary: The starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.
Visa Sponsorship: We offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
Employment Type: This is a full-time position.
