Job Title: Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Temporary)

We are in search of a skilled and creative Executive Chef with expertise in Indian cuisine to join our team in Plovdiv. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating new menu items, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. You will also be in charge of managing kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine. You should also possess strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with our international clientele.

This is a temporary position with a salary of $1300 per month. Please note that accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates already residing in Plovdiv or willing to arrange their own accommodation. This job is open to all nationalities who meet the requirements and have the legal right to work in Bulgaria.
