Web Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with our development team, as well as communicating with clients to understand their design requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities:
- Designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites for clients
- Collaborating with our development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Communicating with clients to understand their design requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts
- Incorporating responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimized for all devices
- Conducting user testing to gather feedback and make necessary revisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in web design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in web design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (open to Nepali nationals)

Employment Type: Full-time (open to women applicants)
