Responsibilities:
- Develop advertising plans and strategies to reach target audiences
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their marketing needs and develop effective campaigns
- Research market trends and consumer behavior to ensure advertising efforts are relevant and effective
- Manage advertising budget and allocate resources effectively
- Negotiate with media vendors for best prices and placements
- Oversee the creation of advertisements, including print, digital, and video content
- Monitor and analyze the success of advertising campaigns, making adjustments as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and new advertising techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in advertising management
- Proven track record of successful advertising campaigns
- Strong knowledge of market research methods and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
