Carpenter vacancy in Nizwa Oman

Carpenter (Canadian or English-speaking)



We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be Canadian or possess strong English-speaking skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Carpenter
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, shape and join materials according to specifications
- Build frameworks for structures such as walls, floors, and roofs
- Install doors, windows, stairs, cabinets and other fixtures
- Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
