Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are hiring a Restaurant Manager with experience in running Indian cuisine restaurants. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and finances
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Train and supervise staff to ensure consistent quality of food and service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports on sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Al Buraymi, Oman (preference for Indian nationals)
