Online Consultant (Entry Level)


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Consultant in Gujrat, India. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through our services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and identifying opportunities for improvement in our processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a passion for helping others. You should also have a good understanding of various online platforms and be able to navigate them with ease.
