Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients through various online channels. This is a full-time position located in Gujrat, with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, or video conferencing
- Provide information and assistance to clients on products or services
- Help resolve client inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using online platforms and tools for communication
- Willingness to work full-time hours including weekends if required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working as an online consultant or virtual assistant preferred
