Contract Administrator
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contracts for our company in Multan. They will ensure that all contracts are accurately prepared, reviewed, and executed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working with biometric passports and be able to handle multiple contracts at once. They must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The Contract Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining contract files and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.
In this role, you will:
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure accuracy
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures related to contracts
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for contract preparation
- Communicate with external parties to negotiate terms and conditions
- Prepare reports on contract status and provide updates as needed
- Ensure all necessary documents are signed and filed appropriately
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the contract process
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field
- Familiarity with biometric passports
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred

Salary:
$1100 per month.
