Locksmith Technician

Our locksmith company in Funchal is seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing locksmith services to our clients, including installing, repairing, and replacing locks and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace locks and security systems for residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Cut keys and make duplicate copies as needed
- Respond to emergency calls for lockouts or other urgent lock-related issues
- Conduct security assessments for clients and make recommendations for improvements
- Keep accurate records of services provided and materials used
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Locksmith Technician
- Knowledge of various types of locks and security systems
- Ability to use locksmith tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Portuguese (English proficiency is a plus)
- Availability to work on-call shifts as needed
