Experienced Handyman in Medina


We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Medina. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of various properties. Your duties will include performing a variety of tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. You should have a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing doors/windows, and replacing light fixtures.
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards.
- Respond to repair requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Install new appliances or equipment as needed.
- Keep inventory of tools and supplies and report any shortages or damages.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure all work meets building codes.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Ability to handle various tools (e.g. power saws, drills) safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required.
- Accommodation will be provided.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. This salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
