Administrator - Izhevsk, Russia
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Izhevsk. As an administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and vendors
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management and staff
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, contracts, etc.
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
