Administrator for International Company
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our growing international company based in Izhevsk. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing support to various departments. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations such as scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies
- Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to various departments including finance, human resources, and marketing
- Maintain accurate records and files both electronically and physically
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator or similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to handle confidential information with integrity
Salary: Starting at 1000$ per month, negotiable based on experience.
Location: Izhevsk. This position is open to candidates from Pakistan or Nepal who have relevant experience. No English language proficiency required.
