Executive Chef - International Cuisine (Siauliai)


We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious international hotel in Siauliai. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and execute menus that reflect our international cuisine concept
- Create innovative and appealing dishes using fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Train, manage and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
- Control food cost and inventory management through efficient ordering and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other departments to create exceptional dining experiences for guests
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Proven track record in menu planning, cost control, and kitchen management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with benefits such as accommodation, visa sponsorship (for foreigners), meals on duty, and opportunities for career growth.
