Job Title: Sales Manager for Indian Market in Siauliai, Lithuania

A dynamic and driven Sales Manager is needed to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the Sales Manager for Indian market, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients from India. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and revenue by understanding the needs and preferences of the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract Indian clients
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through regular communication
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of the Indian market
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints from Indian clients
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Hindi or any other Indian language is a plus
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in an international company is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel within India if necessary
