We are a reputable construction company in Akron, USA and we are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. The ideal candidate should have strong carpentry skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and materials required
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares or other measuring instruments
- Cut, shape and join materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings etc.
- Repair damaged structures or fixtures
- Work with materials such as wood, plywood, wallboard etc.
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Good understanding of safety procedures
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- High school diploma/GED preferred
