Gardener - Shan, Philippines


We are hiring a dedicated and hardworking Gardener to join our team in Shan. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain gardens, including planting, pruning, weeding, and watering
- Maintain lawns and outdoor spaces by mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Identify and treat plant diseases and pests
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Keep outdoor spaces clean and free of debris
- Liaise with clients to understand their garden preferences and needs

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Must be physically fit with good stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, and their care requirements preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
