Solar Installer


We are hiring a dedicated Solar Installer to join our team in Lisbon. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar installation or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of solar energy systems
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, wiring, inverters, and other components according to design plans
- Conduct site surveys and assess the location for optimal placement of solar panels
- Ensure that all equipment is properly installed, grounded, and connected
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site
- Communicate effectively with customers about the installation process and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain accurate records of all installations and report any issues or concerns to management

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification in solar installation is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar installation or a related field
- Familiarity with electrical systems, tools, and equipment used in solar installation
- Ability to read design plans and interpret technical drawings
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month. In addition, we provide accommodation for employees who need it.
