Office Manager
We are a reputable company based in Ajman and we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Pakistani national with at least 1-2 years of experience in office management. This is an entry-level position, making it perfect for freshers looking to gain experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling appointments, managing emails and phone calls, and maintaining office supplies
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Handle any administrative tasks assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary: AED 1500 per month (without accommodation)
