Office Administrator
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating meetings and appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for team members
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Create and maintain filing systems for important documents
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary:
$1000 per month
