We are seeking a talented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Los Angeles, USA. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our company by managing the flow of products from production to sales. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, selecting and purchasing products, and creating promotional plans to increase sales.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and consumer demand to determine which products to purchase and promote
- Develop purchasing plans and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
- Create promotional plans to increase sales and attract customers
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure products are displayed effectively in stores
- Attend trade shows and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and network with potential suppliers
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product specifications, pricing, and quality control
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
