Construction Project Manager

Are you a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager looking for a challenging opportunity in Malindi? Our construction company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee and manage our various construction projects. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the projects, from budgeting and scheduling to ensuring quality workmanship and safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Supervise project teams and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively
- Manage project costs and ensure timely completion within budget
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
