Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Mauren. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and drawings for various projects. Your main duties will include conceptualizing design ideas, creating technical drawings, and collaborating with clients and team members to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent design skills, and the ability to effectively communicate their ideas. This is a part-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
-Developing architectural plans and designs according to client needs and specifications
-Creating technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
-Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and incorporating their feedback into designs
-Liaising with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success
-Researching building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
-Attending site visits and meetings as needed to oversee construction progress
-Using your creativity and expertise to come up with innovative design solutions

Requirements:
-A degree in Architecture or related field
-Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
-Proficient in CAD software, preferably AutoCAD or Revit
-Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
-Strong design skills with the ability to think outside the box
-Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
-Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
