Architectural Designer - Contract Position in Mauren, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Mauren, Liechtenstein on a contract basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative architectural solutions for various projects. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and goals
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software

- Create 3D models and renders to visualize designs
- Research materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with standards
- Present designs to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Europe
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.
