Project Manager - Balzers


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Balzers. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation and tracking of various projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include setting project timelines, managing project teams and resources, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure project teams are working efficiently and effectively towards project goals
- Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders on a regular basis
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop strategies for mitigation
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
- Manage project budgets and ensure all expenses are within budget guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to project management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Preferred qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
