We are in search of a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Gujrat, India. This is a seasonal position with an immediate start date. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, creating unique and delicious menus, and managing a team of kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee all menu items, ensuring high quality and consistent taste.
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients.
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed.
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints related to food quality or service.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Creativity in menu planning and presentation.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred but not required.

Salary:
This is a seasonal position offering a salary of $900 per month. Additional benefits include free visa processing and round-trip ticket.
